Eric Peters, the inimitable old man of the Square Peg Alliance, could be coming soon to a living room near you where he will almost certainly play some of the new songs I’ve heard him and Ben Shive recording in the next room. To coerce Eric into playing in your town (or home) the basic details are below. Check out his website for full details including an update on the recording of Birds of Relocation.
Here’s one of the songs you can make him play for you.
“The Storm”

Want to book a house concert? Here’s the scoop:
– $150 (50% deposit due upon booking -> helps book travel).
– Hotel room (for privacy) is much preferred, but not a deal-breaker.
– A meal (preferably not cold gruel).
– Eric will play his songs in your living room for you, your friends and neighbors.

Pete Peterson is the author of the Revolutionary War adventure The Fiddler’s Gun and its sequel Fiddler’s Green. He lives in Nashville with his wife, Jennifer, where he's the Executive Director of the Rabbit Room and Managing Editor of Rabbit Room Press.

Any west coasters out there want to help me put a little run together?
S. D. Smith
@sdsmithDo it, West Coasters. You won’t be sorry. The gang war is over.
Eric Peters
Jud, I’m really hoping for a west coast run. Even if that means I have to take a Greyhound.

Had Eric in Lewisville/Flower Mound TX last October and it was GREAT! Get him, sit back and enjoy a great show! Great stories and music!

Jud and I chatted ~ he’s in San Diego and I’m in the Pacific Northwest ~ now to find a few folks in-between and we can figure out a way to have a great West coast concert road trip!
(…and Eric, you won’t have to use Greyhound…)
Jud
I took a quick peek at Greyhound rates and it isn’t really any cheaper than flying. You’d have to rent a car while you’re out here either way.

No car rental when “Roger the Red Jeep” is just waiting for an EP road trip! Now, who else is there along the West coast that is ready for a living room concert?
Sir Jonathan C. Andrews
I’ve already put in for Pensacola, FL. Now if only someone could give me the scoop on what we should bribe Eric with. Food. The most beautiful beaches in the world. High fives. What if said hotel room was on previously mentioned beaches? Thoughts?
Eric Peters
Sir Andrews: I accept Gulf shrimp as bribery. And long walks on beaches whereupon hotels are located.
Hearing from Laura, west coast is very possible. If you guys have ANY contacts between San Diego and Seattle, pray share w booking agentess Laura Preston (laura.preston@cox.net). Thanks for caring, folks. Eager to get out there.

How can people not do this? If I owned a house/coffee shop/place bigger than my one bedroom apartment I would definitely be in on bringing EP to Columbus OH.
