It begins as I repent, and bow my head to lament this broken world. That about sums it up. The healing comes with love, patience, understanding, and humility. I am praying that God can use His people to bring true unity. Maybe, just maybe, we see the kingdom is amongst us all and can forge a path towards healing.

Thank you for sharing with us. When I hear, “well, what can I do now?” to address injustice, fear, anger in these “uncertain times” – I think this is a good place to put your heart to start planting flowers figuratively and literally to bring beauty to God’s painting. Come Lord Jesus, help us make things right. -

Saying “well said” is a massive understatement. Thank you for pointing out how we as a human race elevate our virtue as an end in and of itself, but God is still on the throne and He alone is worthy. Thanos of the story doesn’t represent our Lord, but is more of a representation of our own self righteousness paired with power.

I’ve been waiting to read this until we finally saw the film, watched it with our kids yesterday… maybe not the best parenting move. The only observation that resolved their unsettled hearts was how Dr Strange had looked into the future at millions of potential outcomes and only 1 in many (I think he said 14.5 million) ended with the avengers…[Read more]
