Christina Blount is a trailblazer and bridge-builder, a natural result of her 20-year military career. She now works by referral only, providing private and personalized support to artists, authors and speakers. Christina is passionate about bringing the mission of a ministry together with the needs of a community by managing projects, coordinating logistics, and nurturing relationships. Her efforts have contributed to successful nationwide speaking/concert tours, specialized fundraising events, and global online communities. She was selected to organize a Presidential visit for George W. Bush, and partnered with Google on the launch of Google Hangouts and Google+ Communities. Her work during the global pandemic has raised over $1.5 million dollars to fund rescue and recovery ministries, and brought a message of hope to over 15,000 attendees via virtual and socially-distanced live events.
Driven and passionate, Christina is actively involved in mission-focused care ministries. She facilitates Grief, Divorce, and Recovery workshops, mentors women in long-term recovery centers, and is a national conduit between rescue organizations. She currently leads the Hope Shack project, an online resource for individuals seeking support, organizations providing it, and those with a message to share.
Originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Christina now makes her home in St Paul, Minnesota with her daughter Lara and a beagle named Pickles. Find them out exploring trails along the North Shore of Lake Superior or traversing the northern Canadian boundary waters of Minnesota. When a rare quiet evening finally appears, she’ll be home in front of the fire with her family, a good book and pile of knitting.
