The Rabbit Room

This is one of my favorite songs on the record. Every time I hear it I think back to high school and listening to August and Everything After. I imagine that may have even been a conversation in the studio. It’s done to perfection. Thanks for bringing me back!

If you pre-order the CD edition, will it arrive by 3/30, or will it ship 3/30? Or…is the download included with the CD edition? I really want to hear the album on Easter!!! But, I’m kinda a perfectionist and want a physical copy.

I concur with others’ recommendations here – check out Beautiful Eulogy. Very creative and Christ-centered. If anyone who is Rabbit-Room-ish wants a place to start, try the title track from Instruments of Mercy. That track has brought tears to my eyes.

This is exciting to read! I’ve been listening to this album the last few days. It’s strange to listen to an album that is lyrically hard to hear and yet hard to turn off. It is dripping with Kingdom truth. I challenge anyone to listen to “I Hate Cats” and not feel something.

I read Watership Down a few summers ago for the first time. Before I was fully through the book, I already knew it would be among my favorites. It is excellent!
